High-quality plastic parts, both technically and visually
PLASTON develops and manufactures sophisticated plastic parts for a wide range of industries. With state-of-the-art injection molding machines featuring a clamping force of up to 1,850 metric tons, we are able to efficiently produce both the smallest components and large-volume technical parts.
Our production is highly scalable: We process parts ranging from 10 grams to 5 kilograms—from visible parts with the highest aesthetic standards—featuring high-gloss finishes and laser-etched patterns—to robust structural components.
Function Meets Design
Thanks to our broad range of plastics technologies, we combine functionality with an appealing aesthetic:
Standard injection molding, including tandem and multi-cavity technology, for classic thermoplastic components.
Insert molding, in which inserts such as metal sleeves or ball bearings are overmolded directly in the mold—this eliminates subsequent assembly steps and increases precision.
In-mold labeling (IML): Decoration or labeling is integrated directly into the injection-molded part, resulting in very high-quality, durable surfaces.
High-Quality Surfaces and Finishing
In addition to injection molding, we offer a wide variety of finishing options and integrate these processes directly into the injection molding cell using precise automation tailored to each product:
Hot stamping or image embossing for highly durable, high-quality markings.
Screen printing or pad printing—also possible on curved surfaces.
In-mold labeling, as mentioned above, for highly integrated and robust labeling solutions.
Complete solutions from a single source
As a true development partner, we support our customers from the very beginning and throughout the entire product life cycle:
Concept and development
Tooling and prototyping
Global manufacturing
Assembly of subassemblies
Finishing and labeling
Logistics and supply chain
Safety and certification
